Seminar – Practical On The Water Training Planned for Late July

Practical on the Water Training
This is an eight hour seminar with the perfect combination of classroom training and hands-on training. It provides an explanation of how your boat handles and why. Video clips let you visualize the maneuvers prior to experiencing them on the water.  Topics include: use of lines, departing the dock, operating in a fairway, pivoting, mooring, backing, docking, steering – slalom, holding course – range, and quick stops.

Each student receives a copy of Powerboat Handling Illustrated, a DVD, a Student Manual, and a certificate acknowledging his/her training.

Option A (members only) Tuesday July 30, 1000-1700hr Streater Cove Pavilion.  Member fee $150.

Option B (open to the public) Monday July 29, 1830-2130hr Peace Church AND Tuesday July 30, 1730-2130hr, Streater Cove. Member fee $150; Non-member fee $200.
