2024 Spirit of the Lakes Festival Grand Parade

Date: July 20, 2024

Register to represent the Minnetonka Power Squadron in the 2024 Spirit of the Lakes Festival Grand Parade. Meet in Mound!

Details:
8:00 AM: Meet in the Jubilee Foods parking lot
Load the 32’ Owen with supplies (SS Minnow)
8:30 AM: Leave Jubilee and go to our line up position on Highland Boulevard
Decorate the SS Minnow and banner up!
10:00 AM: Parade starts
11:00-11:15: We finish
Bring your life jacket: We like to promote Safe Boating. Parade walkers bring a PFD.

Our theme this year is Gilligans Island.
The Seven Stranded Castaways:
Gilligan – Kevin Cooper
Skipper – Paul Lemmerman
Ginger – Deb Cooper
Mary Ann – Mystery Surprise
Professor – Mystery Surprise
Mr. Howell – Kirk Lau
Mrs. Howell – Marge Lau
And, pulling the SS Minnow – Charlie Essig and Family
