How does the Shrimp Fest work?
* 3 pots are prepared at a time (40 minutes)
* 3 tables are served at each seating so your seating may be after 1730
* 10 people at a table. Groups will be accepted only if the exact head count is 10.
* When you register you will be assigned to a numbered table. Table numbers for
serving order will be drawn randomly – please be ready to eat when your table
number is called!

You can pre-register your non-Minnetonka PS guests and they will be placed on the waiting
list in the order they are received. A check must accompany the registration form to hold the
reservation. This is a well attended event so non-member guest will be added on July 21.
Guest will pay at the door.

July 4th Potluck Dinner

Wishing everyone a happy and safe 4th of July!
It is important to remember how busy the island and the lake will be over the Holiday weekend. Please remember: All dogs at all times must be on leashes. No dogs are permitted in the pavilion area or the swim beach area. There is no trash collection on the island so please make sure you remove any trash you bring.
4th of July Events:
The poster contest will be held and kids will have a special commander’s prize, in addition to other fun activities.

Sailboat races! The building of sailboats will begin at 10 am and we will have a regatta beginning at 2:00.

Safe Boating Week

May 17-23 is SAFE BOATING WEEK – Sign up NOW to help “staff the ramps” and distribute our safety materials on Saturday May 17 and Sunday May 18th. We are responsible for Nine Public Ramps with Two Person Teams for 2 hour shifts (8 am – 10 am) or (10 am – noon). Boaters appreciate receiving our packets! CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP. Everyone in the 8:00 am slot on Saturday should contact Steve Camp at 952 935-9640 or at SRCampMN@aol.com to arrange pick up of their ramp materials. Each person is responsible for delivering the materials to the next person at the ramp. Those in the 10:00 am slots on Sat. are responsible for delivery on Sat afternoon to the person that will be at the ramp the following Sunday morning at 8:00 am.
