Safe Boating Week

May 17-23 is SAFE BOATING WEEK – Sign up NOW to help “staff the ramps” and distribute our safety materials on Saturday May 17 and Sunday May 18th. We are responsible for Nine Public Ramps with Two Person Teams for 2 hour shifts (8 am – 10 am) or (10 am – noon). Boaters appreciate receiving our packets! CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP. Everyone in the 8:00 am slot on Saturday should contact Steve Camp at 952 935-9640 or at SRCampMN@aol.com to arrange pick up of their ramp materials. Each person is responsible for delivering the materials to the next person at the ramp. Those in the 10:00 am slots on Sat. are responsible for delivery on Sat afternoon to the person that will be at the ramp the following Sunday morning at 8:00 am.

The Mkta. Power Squadron will be promoting safe boating at four parades
this coming summer. Volunteers are needed at all four as well as a
decorating boat and vehicle to pull the boat. This is an easy and fun way
to earn your Merit Mark. Please contact Lt. Marshall Weber at

Maple Grove Days – July 10th
Mound Spirit Of The Lake – July 19th
Shakopee Derby Days – Aug. 3rd

Help Needed for Parades
